Sip & Sew: Cowboy Christmas Stocking

Fancy a cozy afternoon where you learn something new and leave with a fun handmade Christmas decoration? Join my Sip & Sew workshop! During this afternoon, you'll learn step-by-step how to make a Cowboy Christmas Stocking, using the pattern from Common Stitch. It's a super fun project that’s perfect for beginners, but also great for those who want to improve their sewing skills.

We'll enjoy some wine (or a non-alcoholic option, for those who prefer something else) while making it a relaxed and creative afternoon. It's the perfect combination of learning to sew, having a chat, and possibly meeting new people!

What to expect

  • A fun afternoon where I'll guide you in making your own Cowboy Christmas Stocking.
  • Wine and other drinks will be provided, along with a little treat.
  • You’ll leave with a beautiful Christmas stocking and hopefully a big smile.
  • Pattern, guidance, drinks, and a little snack are all included.

Materials

You can bring your own materials or purchase them with a discount at De Rechte Steek. You’ll need the following for the Christmas stocking:

  • 75 x 55 cm for the main fabric.
  • 75 x 55 cm for the lining.
At De Rechte Steek, you’ll get 10% off the fabrics you need – convenient and affordable! I've added a few examples below of some beautiful fabrics that they sell. The price in the pictures is excluding the 10% discount!
