Shipping and returns

Shipping
All items are made to order, and will be ready to ship in 10 days. Need it sooner? Just get in touch with me, and I’ll do my best to speed things up.

After it’s made, I’ll send it off with PostNL. You’ll get a tracking number by email. If you’re in the Netherlands, it should get to you in 1-2 days. For other countries, please check PostNL’s website. Shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or local sales taxes, for which Sabine the Label is not responsible. The amount is approximately 12%/14% of the total amount including shipping costs and will be collected by the DHL driver. If a delivery is rejected by the customer, the customer is responsible for any incurred costs.

Cancellation/Returns
Because all items are made just for you, you can’t cancel your order or return it. But if you’re worried about the fit, or if it doesn’t fit right when it arrives, please reach out. I’m here to help! 

Unforeseeable circumstances
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, Sabine the Label has the right to terminate the agreement between Sabine the Label and the customer. Unforeseeable circumstances include serious business disruptions at Sabine the Label or transportation delays.
